Eduardo is a savvy attorney who relies on his innovative thinking, experience and strong academic background to aggressively pursue his clients’ objectives. Eduardo’s practice focuses on litigation and real estate transactions. Prior to founding ALN Law, Eduardo worked at a mid-size litigation law firm in Brickell (Miami’s financial district). His legal experience includes handling numerous insurance and commercial litigation matters where he was able to obtain successful results for his clients. Eduardo transitioned to a boutique practice at ALN, where he can now use his knowledge and expertise in a more personalized practice.

Eduardo obtained his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law where he was awarded the school’s highest scholarship. In addition to his Juris Doctor, Eduardo has further obtained a Masters of Law (LL.M.) in Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law. Eduardo’s legal experience also includes clerking in the Complex Business Litigation Section of the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida, and multiple internships with the Legal Services of Greater Miami on matters related to immigration and housing.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Eduardo worked approximately for 10 years in the construction and real estate industries as a civil engineer and a Florida licensed real estate sales associate. Eduardo obtained a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, and worked with Fortune 500 companies as an engineer and a builder. However, Eduardo’s most memorable experiences as a real estate and construction professional was assisting his workers on personal matters (related to immigration and family law) which they were unable to resolve without assistance because they did not speak English. These experiences and others motivated Eduardo to become an attorney so that he could assist people with matters that they could not resolve on their own given the complexity of the law and the judicial system.
